The CEREC 3D

Get an all porcelain, resin bonded restoration that is customized to match your natural teeth in 1:30. That is almost a miracle. One of the benefits of an all porcelain restoration is that it allows that most natural looking esthetics possible. Then, an additional benefit is the use of the resin bonded cements available today that virtually "weld' the natural tooth structure to the porcelain, a feat that is impossible with the most common crowns and bridges that have a metal coping underneath its porcelain.

Normally a treatment procedure that would involve two appointments that are 3-4 weeks apart, can be complete in one appointment that last 1:30. The machine pictured to the right, the CEREC 3D, allows this time saving, modern day dental miracle. But I offer up this one warning, be certain to bring some good reading material because you will actually have about 30 minutes of idle time. You can read, work on a crossword puzzle, or anything else you like while the restoration is being milled and custom characterized.
